There has been a lot of talk lately about the number of homes that are being foreclosed on, and how easy it is to find great bargains. Most buyers that call us are frustrated because they are sent to numerous sites to only find out the REO (real estate owned-also know as bank owned or foreclosed) properties are no longer available or they are not in a position to be sold.

As a result, we have created a FREE customized service for our clients.  The service provides an automated search of REO, foreclosure, and bank owned properties that are new to the market.  The search parameters are based on the individual client's criteria.  For example, a client who only wanted to know about Homer Glen foreclosures under $100,000 would be notified via email everytime a property like that came on the market.  These are properties that can be purchased today.
